Wormhole 4 (video by Ann Course and Paul Clark, sculptures by Ronald Cornelissen, Stroom, The Hague) Wormhole 4 (various drawings from the collection of Paul van der Eerden, Stroom, The Hague)

When Wormhole 4 was published a presentation was made in the library of Stroom in The Hague from 19 December 2006 until 4 February 2007. Besides original artworks from the magazine videos by Ann Course and Paul Clark (Rotting Artist, 2002), Time Stereo (with animations and performances) and  sculptures by Ronald Cornelissen were included in this show.

Naar aanleiding van het verschijnen van Wormhole 4 was er van 19 december 2006 t/m 4 februari 2007 een presentatie te zien in de bibliotheek van Stroom in Den Haag. Naast een aantal originele werken uit het tijdschrift waren er ook video’s te zien van Ann Course en Paul Clark (Rotting Artist, 2002), Time Stereo (een aantal animatiefilms en performance video’s) en beelden van Ronald Cornelissen.

In 2007 Patricia Pulles curated ‘Exchanging Roles, Alternative platforms from Rotterdam’ for Careof in Milan. Participating artist initiatives were: Antistrot, Stichting B.a.d., Fucking Good Art, Museum Van Nagsael, PAGES, De Player, Het Wilde Weten and Wormhole.
For this occasion I put together a movie program with films by Vanessa Renwick (Portrait #1: Cascadia Terminal, Portrait #2: Trojan; Britton, South Dakota), Ann Course and Paul Clark (Recruitment Video), Cary Loren (Grow Live Monsters) and various animated films and live action films from Time Stereo.

In 2007 heeft Patricia Pulles ‘Exchanging Roles, Alternative platforms from Rotterdam’ voor Careof in Milaan gecurateerd. Deelnemende kunstenaars initiatieven waren: Antistrot, Stichting B.a.d., Fucking Good Art, Museum Van Nagsael, PAGES, De Player, Het Wilde Weten en Wormhole. Voor deze gelegenheid heb ik een filmprogramma samengesteld met films van Vanessa Renwick (Portrait #1: Cascadia Terminal, Portrait #2: Trojan; Britton, South Dakota), Ann Course and Paul Clark (Recruitment Video), Cary Loren (Grow Live Monsters) en een aantal animatiefilms en live video’s van Time Stereo.

The exhibition ‘Worm-Hole 3: Stepping Out, Sometime Else’ appeared at TENT. in Rotterdam when the third issue was published in 2003. Next to the artists who published their work in this issue of Wormhole Maddy Arkesteyn (BE) was invited to participate in the exhibition.

De tentoonstelling ‘Worm-Hole 3: Stepping Out, Sometime Else’ was te zien in TENT. in Rotterdam naar aanleiding van het verschijnen van het derde nummer in 2003. Naast de kunstenaars die hun werk publiceerde in dit nummer werd voor deze tentoonstelling ook Maddy Arkesteyn (BE) uitgenodigd.

With the appearance of Wormhole 2 in 2002 an exhibition was made to be a part of the ‘Buiten Zinnen’ show in Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam.

Naar aanleiding van het verschijnen van Wormhole 2 is in 2002 in Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam een tentoonstelling gemaakt die onderdeel uitmaakte van de ‘Buiten Zinnen’ presentaties.

To mark the presentation of Wormhole 1 at the XX Multiple Gallery in Rotterdam, an exhibition was organized (‘Wormhole: The Movie’) with the original drawings covering an entire wall as a gigantic collage, interspersed with display-cabinets demonstrating the sources of the different artists’ inspiration. This exhibition, in slimmed-down form, could also be seen at the Bookbeat Gallery in Detroit, and travelled, now augmented with new work from the participating artists, to the Gendai Heights Gallery, Tokyo.

Rond de presentatie van Wormhole 1 in de XX Multiple Galerie in Rotterdam werd een tentoonstelling ingericht (‘Wormhole: The Movie’) met de originele tekeningen, die als een gigantische collage een hele muur bedekten, aangevuld met vitrines waarin de inspiratiebronnen van de verschillende tekenaars werden blootgelegd. Deze tentoonstelling was in afgeslankte vorm ook te zien in de Bookbeat Gallery in Detroit, en reisde in februari 2001 naar de Gendai Heights Gallery in Tokio.
